We are looking for a part-time Call Center Interviewer to support our review collection programs in the US market. This role focuses on conducting structured phone interviews with IT professionals - no sales.
You will work with prepared questionnaires and qualified leads to collect high-quality professional insights about enterprise software.
This position is well suited for someone seeking flexible part-time work or additional income. This hybrid role offers flexible additional hours from home, with a fixed in-office hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct professional phone interviews with IT professionals in the US.
- Follow structured questionnaires and interview guidelines.
- Accurately capture responses and key insights.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.
Requirements:
- Native-level English (spoken and written).
- Strong and confident phone communication skills.
- Interest in technology or enterprise software (preferred).
- Previous experience in call centers, interviews, research, or customer-facing roles (an advantage).
- You are required to work from the office from 3–6 PM Israel time, Monday through Thursday. Additional hours are flexible and may be worked from home.
