We believe in “Customer Led Marketing”
Customer-Led Growth is more than just a buzzword; this business methodology, over the past decade, continues to prove that when business strategy and execution is customer-led, results follow. As such, customer-led marketing is at the centerpiece of our strategy.

We are innovating and trailblazing something new here at PeerSpot, where customer marketing and advocacy isn't a small part of the strategy, it's the primary pillar that drives all of marketing.

Brand? Customer-led.
Product marketing? Customer-led.
Demand creation and generation? Customer-led.

We want to redefine the impact customer marketers can have within a marketing organization and we're using our own organization as a live case study. We'll be experimenting with different ways to show real business impact, in new revenue, contract renewal, customer engagement, and sentiment. It's time to "eat our own dog food" and "drink our own champagne."

PeerSpot is on a mission to prove that customers, supported and leveraged the right way can drive the most business impact. 🚀
